Initial Sessions

During the initial session, we’ll have 60 minutes to take a deep dive into your diet history, current eating habits, health challenges and the goals you want to achieve as a lifestyle.

Follow-up Sessions

Follow up visits are about 30 minutes per session, focusing on questions you may have from previous visits, nutrition education and continued work on achieving your health goals.
