Free yourself from all of the confusion of dieting, calorie counting and guilt.
There are many reasons why individuals gain weight. Hormone imbalance, gut imbalance, stress, depression, disordered eating, nutrient deficiencies and more.
What do people who want to lose unwanted weight do? Go on a diet/restrict eating.
Dieting is temporary, even if you lose weight when you go on one.
If dieting doesn’t work permanently, what does? I’m glad you asked. Let’s start with the root of your health, your gut. Yes, you heard right, health starts at the gut level. Research shows an association between gut imbalances and weight gain. In your gut(colon) there lots of bacteria living there in harmony with you. You are their host. If you are not caring for them, they cannot care for you.
Are you ready to ditch the dieting noise from the media and free yourself?
As a nutrition therapist, I help clients by listening to their story, provide education on gut healing protocols and ways to enjoy nutrient dense foods for optimal health. The focus is not on dos and don’ts but rather on what can you eat and enjoy, so you can feel better emotionally and physically long term, to get the result you desire.
My approach is personalized and wholesome. Health and wellness are never rushed but take time and effort.
